Meet Dr. Zandra Rutledge (Dr. Z)
Dr. Z is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Grand Canyon University, holds a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Commerce from the University of Houston.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Z values quality time with her adult children, traveling, and embracing moments of joy and rest. She firmly believes in the importance of self-care—often finding peace in laughter, lighthearted comedies, and her “happy place”: relaxing with her husband and escaping to the beach, both literally and figuratively. Like many, she sometimes struggles to keep self-care front and center, but her mind and body are faithful reminders when it’s time to pause and reset.
